Shipping & delivery across the United States
We build your carport to order and ship it straight from the factory to your door. Here is exactly how freight delivery works, what to check before you sign, and how we protect every order along the way.
Ask about your delivery
Factory-direct freight, shipped nationwide
Every ReadyCanopy structure is custom-built in our factory after you confirm your payment and design. Once your order moves into the shipping queue, it typically does so within 1–3 business days. From there it travels by freight to addresses across the continental United States.
Because carports, patio covers, and solar structures are large, heavy items, they ship as LTL (less-than-truckload) freight rather than small parcels. That means the carrier moves your order on a pallet aboard a shared truck. Transit time varies by destination, so we provide a tracking number with every order and stay in touch until it arrives. Orders over $2,599 ship free; orders below that are quoted standard freight at checkout.
Three steps from factory to your driveway
We build & dispatch
After payment and design confirmation, your structure enters the shipping queue, usually within 1–3 business days. You receive a tracking number, and every shipment carries 100% full insurance.
LTL freight & offload
Your order travels as LTL freight on a pallet. Someone needs to be on site to receive it and help offload the crate, since these are large structural components. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.
Inspect before you sign
Open and inspect your shipment before you sign the delivery receipt. You can refuse the delivery if something looks wrong. Once you sign for it, the return window closes, so this step matters.

Shipping & delivery FAQ
How long does delivery take?
After you confirm payment and design, your order typically enters the shipping queue within 1–3 business days. Actual transit time varies by destination, since your structure ships as freight across the country. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow it, and our team is happy to give you an estimate for your specific address before you order.
Do I qualify for free shipping?
Orders of $2,599 or more ship free worldwide. If your order is below that amount, standard freight is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. If you want to confirm the cost for your address ahead of time, just contact us.
What is LTL freight, and what do I need to do to receive it?
LTL stands for less-than-truckload. Because carports and patio covers are large, heavy structures, they ship on a pallet aboard a shared freight truck rather than as a small parcel. You need someone on site to receive the delivery and help offload the crate when the truck arrives. The carrier will typically call ahead to schedule a delivery window so you can plan to be there.
What should I check before I sign for my delivery?
Inspect the shipment before you sign the delivery receipt. If the packaging or contents look damaged, or the order does not match what you ordered, you can refuse the delivery and return it at that point. Once you sign for the shipment, it is considered accepted and the return window closes, so take a few minutes to look it over carefully.
What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
Every order is 100% fully insured. If a shipment is lost in transit, you choose between a full refund or a priority replacement. If your order arrives damaged or does not match its description, you can request a replacement or a full refund. Reach out to us right away and we will make it right.
Can I return my order after delivery?
You can refuse the delivery and return it before you sign for it. After you have signed and accepted the shipment, it cannot be returned. The exceptions are orders that arrive damaged or that do not match their description, which are eligible for a replacement or a full refund. If you have any doubts at the moment of delivery, inspect first and refuse if needed.
